The clinic was established to serve those who cannot afford private health insurance.   It provides care for people in low income jobs who are uninsured and who have income at, or below, 200% of the Federal Poverty level.

Each patient's financial history will be reviewed to determine their eligibility to receive services.  Each patient is given individual consideration.  Proof of income is required at the time of registration and may include unemployment compensation stubs.

The clinic does not accept patients with Medicaid, Medicare, BadgerCare or other third party payers.

The clinic does not provide services to patients seeking health care which is provided free at other agencies.  Persons needing TB skin tests or immunizations should contact their health departments.

Work related injuries that are covered under Workers Compensation are not eligible for treatment, and individuals should consult their employers at the time of the injury about their coverage for this.
