Photo ID and Proof of income are requested at registration.  Be prepared to disclose rent and car payments.

The clinic is open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with registration at 5:00 p.m.  Patients will be registered on a first come, first served basis.  The number of patients accepted on any given clinic night will depend on the number of available volunteer physicians for that evening.  At registration, each patient's financial history will be reviewed to determine their eligibility to receive services.  Each patient is given individual consideration.

If a holiday falls on a clinic night, the clinic will be closed on that night.  In 2009, we are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
